Initial Settings: Begin at the lowest resistance level (1) and gradually increase resistance if the exercise becomes too easy. Practice daily until it becomes habitual - you won't regret it!

Exercise #1 - Strengthening Respiratory Muscles This exercise will strengthen your breathing muscles and enable better, more sustained breathing.

  • Sit or lie supine
  • Start with lowest resistance setting (1), increase gradually if needed
  • Inhale forcefully through the device, then exhale gently
  • Repeat 30 times per session
  • If inhalation feels too easy, adjust resistance higher
  • Stop if dizziness occurs
  • Train once or twice daily, preferably morning and evening
