How to Use the Mask
Place the mask comfortably over your face, ensuring it fully covers your mouth and nose.
For maximum noise reduction, press the mask firmly against your face during practice and seal the air vent with your finger.
The mask allows for easy breathing through a built-in ventilation opening.
Vocal Practice
Perform your usual vocal warm-ups and exercises freely into the mask.
